I am testing this solution as we speak, as I am having serious issues.
All docker servers have been rebuilt on Debian 13 with docker installed post creation
Portainer is giving me serious grief on my prior solution and this has caused a total rewrite of this post, the scrapping of code and subsequent testing.
The solution presented in the second link actually works but with a considerable exception in that Portainer CE is failing. I might roll back to a few Debian 12 LXC's and see if the results are the same.
