The world is a hot bed of nasty nation states, ATP's who can be anything from defacto national organizations to organizations run better than a national corporation with the benefits to boot.

If you are wondering why the USA tops the attacking sources, you need to look at TOR. Guess which country has the most exit nodes - but I may be wrong - it happens (me being wrong) - ask the wife 😄
